First-Time Login Instructions (Once we are LIVE – January 13th)
To ensure the security of your account during this transition, please note the following changes regarding your access.
Update Your Bookmarks & Password Managers
Our online banking login page has a new web address.
Action Required: If you have the old login page saved in your browser bookmarks or "Favorites," please delete it and save the new link.
Password Managers: If you use a browser password manager (like Chrome, Safari, or LastPass) to auto-fill your credentials, you will need to update the saved URL and re-enter your login information for the new system.
Update Contact Information
Once logged in, please navigate to your profile settings to ensure your email address and phone number are current. This is vital for receiving security alerts and using Multi-Factor Authentication.

QuickBooks & Quicken Users
If you use QuickBooks or Quicken to manage your finances, you will need to disconnect your accounts from the old system and reconnect to the new platform to ensure your data syncs correctly.
Bill Pay Upgrades
Bill Pay can be accessed under Payments and “Go to Bill Pay”.
Person-to-Person Payments: Easily send money to friends or family directly through the platform.
Manage Payees: Add or edit merchants quickly.

Yes, we will still have digital banking on our website and a mobile app.

Yes, Online Banking will be offline from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on testing.

The same categories will be ported over but the history will not. The message center now allows for attachments to be sent between member and the CU staff. (Yes, they are scanned for a virus) Size limit must be smaller than 4 MB. If the member tries to upload a file that is larger than 4 MB, they will receive a notification telling them that the size is to large. Allows for PDF, GIF, JPG, JPEG, Tiff, and PNG.

No, the member will be able to use the program without downloading the app from the store. They will however not be able to use the RDC option without downloading the app. They will only see history of the deposited checks (Just like the full web version).

The Android app allowed for the remember me option. (Just like the full web version)
The Apple app does not have the remember me option due to the way Apple handles cookies and clears data.
Both Apps will allow the member to use the biometrics options that the phone has. Facial recognition and Fingerprint are the current options.

This is due to pop-ups being blocked. The user will need to enable pop-ups on the Safari or whatever browser they have as the default.
